I'm currently in the most rewarding and fulfilling stage of my entire life: being a Stay at Home Mama! Prior to this Blessing, I'd taken a few career paths.
Over a decade ago, I'd taught Special Ed. After becoming disgruntled with the injustices toward the children I'd seen, I returned to college to search out a career in counseling.
We are a homeschooling family, and run a homeschool group to help increase opportunities for our son. In running the group, we've been Blessed to help other families, as well, to begin their endearvor to homeschool (or, in some cases, to help families consider other alternatives when homeschooling may not have been best for them).
I've always enjoyed writing articles and stories, and have strongly considered a career along this path. It has been a humble Blessing to help other familes in a variety of ways, and I hope to be able to do that through writing, also.

No restaurant fees and tips need be spent. Just pop it in your microwave and eat! How wonderfully convenient? Or is it? Convenient? Perhaps. Wonderful? Not so much. Along with processed foods often comes more sugar, artificial sweeteners and flavorings, greater risk for allergens that go undetected or unnoticed by the consumer (or even the processing plants, as can often be observed by food recalls), and a ...
