Since starting to write seriously a few years ago, Judy has had increasing success. After much practice and effort, she has now successfully entered in several short story contests on the web and has had others short-listed.
In 2008, a monologue written by Judy was one of ten items chosen to be performed in various venues during the Shorelines Festival in the city of Bunbury, Western Australia. In 2009, a one-act play written in collaboration with a friend was performed at Bunbury's Down South Drama Festival.
She has now been asked to write a history of the Milk Industry Liaison Committee.
Born and raised on a farm, Judy enjoys most things to do with country life, animals and nature. Judy and her husband, Vince, now have their own secluded acreage and regard themselves as custodians of a little piece of native Australia. Judy enjoys reading, writing and travelling.
