Born in Englewood Colorado May 23, 1977. Moved to Tennessee where I graduated from Houston High School in 1995. Got accepted to Colorado State University in fall of 1995. I ran track and studied literature where I graduated in May of 2000. I took some time off and wandered around Europe. I spent several months in Europe backpacking around and then returned to the states after severely breaking my ankle on a beach in Nice. From there I worked various jobs which amounted to very little. I wrote two novels which were almost fantastic but somehow managed to be completely unread. I suffer from chronic debilitating headaches which can sometimes last for days. Last year I started a business brokerage with my step-father which is what I have been doing since. I still write in my free time and I hope someday to be a published author. In a bizarre stroke of luck, I got hit by lightning and won the lottery in consecutive days. I won three dollars so I guess that counts as winning the lottery but it was small consolation for getting whacked by lightning. I would have preferred winning several hundred million instead. In June I bought a house with my long-term girlfriend. We have two chocolate labs named Killian and Abbie who are full-time jobs in and of themselves.

The first step is to actually do something. I don't know what that something is exactly, but you have to do something first. Death is the second step. It's the new and improved two step program! It's ten steps easier than AA and with far less smoking. I'm only observing here people, don't shoot the messenger. Err. Damn the dichotomy. Never mind. Besides, it carries me through the dark nights know...
