Foreign Aid should not be eliminated. There is a strange consistence of people who feel that our Foreign Aid only benefits the corrupt leaders. In some cases, this is true. However, why should we change our way of giving, if anything, we should change their way of receiving. We should provide the oppressed with a voice that can resonate globally.
