Today is the day that the Carlson family comes in to sign paperwork for their mortgage. For appearences sake, I clean my desk off to look like I'm an organized individual with the borrower's best interest in mind. They will never see the mess of paperwork that I have thrown in my drawer. My assistant,Carol, will take care of organizing me later this week.
