As a native of the Seattle area it seems that writing is an unavoidable passion. What else can come of copious amounts of rain, coffee and books? What can stand in the way of a triumphant literary career? Avid reading that makes one feel unable to produce words worthy of the page. The solution: write. Continuous learning and development is a far more rewarding and lasting experience than immediate success.
The path to my current philosophy has been long and winding: retail jobs, university, bus driving, event planning, English teaching, language learning, traveling, living off rice and many other highlights I won't mention here.
Outside of books I seek adventure through means of travel, education, food and sustainable living.
