I retired a little over a year ago as a Real Estate Mortgage Broker and rather than sitting on the front porch I decided to try making a little extra money on the
internet.

As I have over 30 years experience in real estate I decided that was probably my best chance of doing much of anything. I've started writing articles and placing some ads for a free report about foreclosures and another about lease options.

I started out as an investor and along the way I got a real estate license and was also an appraiser before becoming a mortgage broker. The lease option was always my favorite way of buying and selling so most of my articles will be about lease options. Like a lot of new internet users I keep getting off track and trying different things. Along the way I've gotten quite a few domain names and started several websites and blogs.

Just after the 2nd World War ended I became interested in cars and so began my love affair with classic cars, hot rods and muscle cars along with all other old cars. Like I said before I keep going in different directions so I also got several domains for the classic cars and here again I have several websites and blogs.

Hopefully I've learned my lesson that you have to focus and so from now on will concentrate on real estate and classic cars. Lately I've developed quite an interest in natural cures and healing for many diseases and common afflictions. I'll probably write some about that.
