YES! I think yes is the right answer to this question. He should be put in jail for a lot longer then just a couple months! What this person has done is what i call an irresponsible person and very immature! You need to ask your self the question "If he owns another dog, what will happen to it?" Can you just picture him doing that all over again? I can! If he did it once, then he will do it again.

You should think about how those poor animals felt when this was happening to them. Just please pause for a moment and think about it..............That is like taking your kids and givi...
