As far back as I can remember I have had an interest in communicating with and understanding people. This has carried over into endless reading and an education and background in psychology. I have spent many years working in the family business, environmental consulting, at times frustrating but rewarding as well. It may not seem there is anything wrong using one sibling as an example to another. After all, an older sibling knows more and can teach a younger sibling how to do things. Or, if one child is doing something exactly the way you want it done, what could be wrong with using them as an example?
