About me

Generally, I'm a novelist/poet. I had a poem published in fourth grade. Since then I've been working on improving my writing, namely with novels. I write in all genre's. My first, original form of writing was Shakespearian tragedies. I still have trouble keeping the Thee's and Thou's out of my writing. I also write on Historical Fiction, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance, and yes... Manga. To those who don't know; manga are 'graphic novels' the Japanese created, they are read back to front, and in comic form, without color. Obviously, I am also an artist, most of my art revolving around the Japanese manga style though I also do portraits and clothing designs. I'm currently in high school... stumbled upon this 'writer's paradise' while looking for writing scholarships. I'm currently working on a novel I started in mid-November, Fantasy/Scifi. Probably my best work so far, sixty or so pages in and I'm still loving it. Generally I start to feel as if my work isn't turning out well, and restart the entire thing from the beginning (it's a good system, Tolkien rewrote Lord of the Rings like... 100 times I think?) then again... it takes forever to get something good enough to be published. My favorite author is Anne McCaffrey, she's an absolutely amazing Fantasy writer, and-arguably-even better scifi writer. I'm mostly Italian... debate runs in my veins, which, to my greatest pleasure, helps produce passionate essays, which, to my even greater delight, my teacher also enjoys. I believe that often the teen/young poetry produced in any period of time is far better then that of the adult poetry of any era. This is because the young still have the raw emotions that make up good poetry, the older one gets, the more one slips into 'poet's poetry' that is, it gets further detailed, and harder for an average person to relate to and understand. I'm somewhere in between... I haven't quite left behind the raw emotions, but I'm getting further and further into 'poet's poetry' which, I've tried desperately to reverse, and found myself incapable of doing so. Despite my young age I've often been called upon by adults for advice and things of that sort, being far older in my mind then I am in my body-which, to my annoyance if not entire frustration most people choose not to believe, attributing this to my 'teenage need for self-importance' or some other gibberish of that sort I choose to acknowledge as the 'adult need for obsessive control over their youngers.' All in all, I hope to learn much and contribute much while I wander the long path to becoming a full-fledge writer.

Make-up is a wonderful invention thought up eons ago by who-knows who, because its beautiful, and colorful, and, when used right, can accentuate the NATURAL beauty found in everyone, even the ugliest person in the world has to has SOMETHING pretty about them, their eyes, or lips, or nose, and make-up is simply there to help them with that.

Make-up's most used factor is probably concealer, the reason why we wear this should be pretty obvious; because our skin is very important to show off, pimples and things of that sort can be a terrible turn-off when you're looking for that special som...
