I am a high school sophomore living in central Ohio. I am a devout Christian and federalist, and will defend my beliefs fiercely. Politics is one of my favorite discussion topics, and whenever I am able I will spread my views and debate others'.

Most certainly not. As I often do, I'd like to first examine the implications with respect to the rule of law. By merit of being within the borders of the United States, an illegal alien is in violation of the law. Depending on his past history, he may have committed a misdemeanor or a felony offense. By ignoring this, we ignore the principle of the law. For a moment, let us presume that this particular law is "unfair". Does that give a Mexican the right to violate it? To put it in perspective, if I believe that the speed limit is unfair, do I have the right to ignore it? The police office...
