I am a novice writer. I love the written word and I love to read the written word as well. I have lots of interest that would label me either flighty or diverse. I am a lover of people and can be found talking to anyone at anytime. I am an optimist that believes that people for the most part, are decent and merely trying to survive this thing called life. I do not judge others or I least try not to. I would be lying if I said that I never judge because we are all guilty of this sin whether we choose to admit it or not. I have a passion for music and have an extensive collection of various artists and genres. I enjoy debating on any topic that I know something about but, I am no coward if I have no knowledge about a topic I will research it and then fight to the death to support my opinion. I welcome challenges and refuse to concede to fear. I am an educator and I expect no less from my students when it comes to battling fears and taking on challenges. I want to be a published author very soon and I want to inspire, empower, shock and excite with my writings.

No, the confederate flag should not be banned for two very important reasons. Number one, it has always been said that you need to read and learn all you can about history otherwise you are bound to repeat it. Number two, when you do away with something for whatever reason it is done because you no longer need, want or to be reminded of it.
