soon after my 50th birthday I began doing all those things I had put off while raising my first three children and keeping a home.

At 50 I found myself a single parent of a wonderful daughter, running a home based business and learning all sorts of new things about myself.

I started Tae Kwon Do class and love it. I am seeing muscles in places I had forgotten I had them and enjoying the new found physical and mental strength.

I enjoy working with other women helping them find their own inner strength and healing their lives. I began this in 1995 with a self heal class I taught online. Since then I have taught many classes and offer the lessons on CD and now an Ebook.

My work is my passion, an extension of my very being. It's a big part of who I am.

I am a certified GIYAME energy healer/life coach, author, artist enjoying each moment of this delightful life experience.
