I was born in Zimbabwe, and although I've been away from that country since August 2003 my heart will always belong to Africa. The continent is a beautiful, magnificent place, and I can trace my roots there back to the French Huguenots who first arrived there in 1620. No matter where I live Africa will always be home to me.
I have written for as long as I can remember. As a child I wrote for eisteddfod contests at school, and my love of the written word flourished under the tutelage of a wonderful teacher at high school. I have led an interesting life, and faced many challenges, all of which have molded me into the person I am today. I hope I have learned from my experiences, and I hope I will continue to learn as I stroll down life's path.
I have worked as a bookkeeper, a secretary, a public relations consultant and a real estate agent. Today I am a "Domestic Engineer", and I am working towards being able to call myself "Writer".
