I'm a retired electrical engineer. My working years were spent as a power engineer for a major electric utility. Most of this work was spent as a substation designer. Some years were spent designing, building and operating of electric power distribution.
I'm older than dirt, have three kids, six grandkids and one greatgrandkid.
The only writing I've done before Helium, were letters, reports and a few articles for electric trade journals. Now that I'm retired and spend most of my time around home, I hope to fill the rest of my years writing about engineering, history, and other topics that might fall out of my bizarre reading habits.
