I'm a Thirtysomething artist / cultural mechanic / lecturer / education reformist with a propensity for over-dramatisation, currently working my way towards a PhD in Philosophy.

I'm a self appointed Field Marshal in a war that's just beginning. I'm the founder member and chairbeing of the Interdimensional Heresy Commission - it's a lifestyle choice, if you must know.

I'm standing at the point of transition between two ages of existence - but then, so are you. I'm a lover AND a fighter, and it's always better when you can't tell which is which. I'm all the things I hoped I'd be, and a great deal of things I hoped I'd never be. Aren't we all?

the practical application of hidden knowledge.

too many trivial, pointless things. And not enough about the things that matter.

I was destined for greatness. Joke's on them, I guess.

was to develop superhuman powers. I didn't get to do that till I hit 30.

is precious, and faded - like scratched, brittle celluloid.

because I'm beginning to understand the true power in words.

I really get off on a good movie. I like to be administered with a real cerebral and visceral kicking - embedded deep down in my seat at the movie theatre, head tilted at 30 degrees and my whole field of vision obscured by explosions and sexiness and all kinds of madness within slurping range of a bucket-sized fizzy beverage. That's not to say I'm not a discerning moviegoer - I'm as picky as it gets.
