Adelaide is a Reiki Master Practitioner, NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist who has achieved amazing results as a teacher, healer and life coach. Her approach towards situations is through compassion and love and she teaches by example.
Some of the various courses Adelaide has actively participated in; the Fire Walk, Erotic Dance Classes and MS-REM - The Pathway of the Initiate, and currently attends Salsa Classes and Gym.
In her spare time she does charity work and has addressed the homeless in the streets of Johannesburg.
Her great love for horses has allowed her to Master the art of Horse Whispering.
Adelaide is a member of COMENSA (Coaches & Mentors of SA) and Reiki Masters Association of SA.
