About me - Kari Stagl

About me

Curly headed. Self motivated. People oriented and lover of laughs.

That's me: Kari "Stagl" Copling. Graduated with a B.S. in English with a Journalism minor, I love words, spoken and written. My reading passion is with non-fiction right now, but a good novel or historical fiction that keeps me turning pages will also hit the top of my reading list.

Excellence is my motto, and while sometimes I can lose sight of doing my best in the shadow of perfection, I try to remind myself that life is a journey and failing is really the only way to success: victory cannot be attained without a battle. Everyday I should strive to learn something new, which reminds me that I don't know everything, I am not perfect, and that is acceptable. As long as I am growing and bettering myself bit by bit.

Faith in Jesus Christ for salvation and eternal life, as well as strength for daily tasks is what keeps gives me a reason to write. Without hope of a future, or life after death, there would be no point to any of this earthly existence. I am thankful for the creative mind He has given me, and for the opportunity to use it to His glory and enjoyment, and for the encouragement and interest of my fellow word-loving, grammar-hugging, writers and speakers.

But there is no such thing as a perfect man, in the same way there is no perfect woman to be found on this earth. However, trying to be the best we can be allows room for more expectations.
