I am a wife and mother of three lovelies: two boys, ages 10 and 6 and one daughter child, aged 4. Dog, my HoneyBear, an energetic 3.

Mindfulness, simply put, comes down to allowing yourself to be in this moment. Not the moment yesterday when you should have stood up to your obnoxious and overly competitive colleague; or the moment last week when you got the call from the bank telling you your account was overdrawn.
