How should I describe myself? (Something that I'm not really comfortable doing:) Keeping it simple as I have lived and continue to live a rather complicated life of which irony is the strongest thread:
A Child of God who is very grateful for Jesus.
A former single mother of 4 - they're all grown-up now & have left home not too long ago - and I am proud and grateful for each of them.
A woman who has seen/lived life from a number of different vantage points & is grateful to have survived them all - well, at least I'm still standing - due to God and many wonderful people (especially a particular Marine, his profound little girl and a woman who has recently become like a sister to me) along the way.
Overall: A person (writer - at least in my dreams) who is passionate about life - and recognizes that wisdom is truly born by living life and analyzing it along the way.
I have come to know that life is fragile and that there should be more TRUE Laughter of a harmonic nature, True Unconditional Love, True Understanding and True Forgiveness for all. We should remain eternally hopeful and thankful. And that we should never stop looking up...

Tired or not, I had him get his math book out and went through the review questions at the end of the book. After about one hour, he exclaimed 'you mean, that's what the teacher has been trying to teach me all this time?!' He pulled a B on his final the next day. 2) In the 10th grade, that same son reluctantly informed me...
