Harold J.Duarte-Bernhardt is a motivational speaker and Co-Founder of "Life Zone, Inc" which consists of workshops, seminars, and resources to deal with post divorce recovery, marriage intervention, and life crisis in general. Harold is also the Lead Spiritual Coach of "Life Center Church" meeting weekly in Pasadena, CA. Harold's wide scope of experience as a Pastor and Life Coach gives him the ability to deal with life issues from a unique perspective. "Spirituality is not just attending church or performing religious activity," Harold says. "Spirituality is about your connection to God and how it impacts the whole of your life, personhood, relationships, and modes of behavior." Harold also believes that "emotional pain," though unpleasant, is the gate to the greatest personal growth and consciousness. "Very often," says Harold, "we run away from pain and miss the true human and relational potential awaiting us at the other side of a painful experience."
