Having spent the last 10 years or so in software development, I have most recently been working with a company specializing in all things parking. Parking ticket writing software, parking citation database programming, maintenance and even the development and operation of online parking citation payment sites.
But please don't blame me if you've gotten a ticket! I only write software, not the tickets!
Being a small company we tend to get involved to some degree in many different aspects of it, but I am most heavily involved in an Integrated Voice Response (IVR) park by phone system which allows the use of a cell phone to pay for parking.
Other than writing computer code I have written some help systems as well as having some previous involvement in public speaking which, of course, requires writing manuscripts and outlines.
I love writing for Helium and working as a sub channel steward for the Internet sub channel under Computers & Technology. If you have any issues, ideas, complaints or thoughts feel free to email me by clicking "contact this writer" from my "About me" page.
If I can't help solve the issue I'll get it to the person who can. I feel strongly that if we work together to make Helium the best site possible, we are all benefited.
