Writing has always been apart of my life in one form or another. My grandmother encouraged it and truly believed it was my calling in life. There is no topic I will not at least try to write about. Though I prefer certain topics over others. When I started out on Helium I preferred the parenting and family topics, but over time I am finding that I like Law and Legal Topics, Relationships, Career topics and a few others, as well as the parenting and family. I learn more about myself as a writer everyday.
I lived in Canada for 12 years, but I am originally from California, where I find myself now that I am divorced. The only good that came out of my marriage other than some really good articles, are my four children....yup 4... who are 12, 11, 9 and 3. Girl, boy, girl and boy. They give me so much inspiration and joy.
I am also in the process of finishing my bachelors degree in psychology. I find this to be worth every effort needed to complete this. I also find that the further I get into classes the better my writing gets.
Along with writing my interests include cooking, reading, photography, gardeing and scrapbooking.
