I am southern to the core. Born and raised in the south, and true to my roots, I am a strong willed, stubborn, and determined soul. I find laughter to be my favorite of emotions, and nothing gives my heart greater happiness than to share laughter and joy. Deep down I am tender, loving & giving. I am honest, dependable, and loyal. I love family, and the closeness of friends.
I have a wide variety of hobbies, though I do not consider my writing to be a hobby. I have a passion for writing, and would be content to write 24/7. I have written since I was seven years old, and writing for me has always branched out into many different aspects. I can write on demand, anything, but my greatest works are those that came from my own experience, and are the true pages of my soul. I hope to share that part of myself here on Helium, in an effort to make the reader not only read the words, but feel them as well.

When you actually sit back and view the grand scheme of things, in a Society that is more all "about me" than it has ever been you have to wonder where in fact we lost track of what really matters. I was born in the late sixties, about as late as you can get, and I remember growing up that my parents were always involved in something with friends, somewhere. My Dad was always helping someone, my Mother the same. Of course, they helped us too, but more now than I ever realized. They set a standard in their children, all four of them, that would last them the rest of their lives. I can say I...
