Some would say I've got a bit of wanderlust. I've lived in ten states since I left home at the age of seventeen. My previous adventure took me to the last frontier, Alaska. There I worked as a dogcatcher, but I've also experienced life as a chef, a carpenter, an archaeologist and a landscaper. The one thing I've always done and continue to love is writing. Now I find myself in the glorious northwest living in the growing metropolis of Seattle and working from home as a freelance writer. Life just doesn't get any better. Though, for the time being, my feet have stopped itching and I've got a house, a dog, and a loving partner, I know that travel and adventure is just around the corner. These days my fingers and mind do most of the wandering and I let my work and research choose my paths. But it never ceases to amaze me where I end up.
The snow is falling in soft fluffy cushions of cold white mounds. Those perfect homogeneous runs are just aching for you to lay down the first line. Those soft snow drifts are sure to cushion you as you twist yourself off of gigantic kickers with reckless abandon. This season could be the one where you master the 180 tail press or pull off that backside 360 over the 20 foot tabletop. Your friends will fall face down in the powder in obeisance and admiration.
