Joe Mitchell Jr works at his family's toy and hobby store in Wilmington, Delaware. Mitchell's Trains, Toys & Hobbies has been family owned and operated since 1953. Personally, Joe's been involved in the toy industry for 17 years and is the former president of the American Yo-Yo Association.
Pinewood Derby is one of the highlights of each Cub Scout's year. Each Scout starts from a block of pine and is to create a car (within specifications) that will compete against all the other Scouts in his Pack.
