About me

-Born and raised in Chicago

-Received Rabbinic Ordination (Orthodox) from a member of the Chief Rabbinate of the State of Israel, 1980

-Have taught Jewish Philosophy, Theology, Talmud, and Biblical Studies at
University, High School, and Adult Education levels.

-At various times in my adult life I have also earned my livelihood by:
selling discount clothing in flea markets
trading stock futures
Medical Billing Adm.
Having my own major appliance repair business for 8 years (am licensed
electrician)

-Write and perform my own music. Have played guitar for years, and at one time studied advanced finger picking techniques at The Old Town School of
Folk Music in Chicago

-I have a CD entitled "Feet on the Ground", which Jerusalem Post music
critic, David Brinn described as, ",superb, country tinged acoustic rock,
in the seminal tradition of such great artists as John Prine, and Tom Rush..

-Have 8 incredibly beautiful children ranging from 26 yrs.- 5 yrs.
