I am Canadian, work full time, have two children and a happy partner, am an INFP and an Indigo, and have been writing for as long as I can remember. I also paint, do illustrations and write songs. I am a part time student at Athabasca University doing a degree in Computer Science.

I have my own web site at cathisplace.ca, and web store at cafepress.com/cathisplace. I have a book of poetry available from sale on my Cafepress site as a paperback version, and on Lulu as a hardcover version. You can preview some of my poems in the book on the Lulu.com site.

I have a novel "I Ching Jukebox" for sale (under the pseudonom Geneve Blue) on Lulu which is also available through Amazon and Barnes & Noble. I have another novel corrently being editted that I will also sell on Amazon through Lulu, tentatively titled "Off Air" under my name.

Should the seller disclose to potential buyers that a property is haunted? Every home buyer is looking for a deal and with home buying as with any purchase it is caveat emptor - buyer beware.
