I am a retired pastor living in Florida. I was born and raised in a small western Kentucky city. I pastored four small churches. Three in Kentucky and one in Norfolk, VA. Currently I am affiliated with the Dayspring Baptist Church in North East Florida. I am retired from pastoring but not preaching. I am still witnessing for my LORD and SAviour, Jesus Christ. I have thoughts on this particular subject that I am sure will tickle the ears of some and raise the brows of others but that's alright. I am accustomed to results that happens on each side of the aisles. When I think of the word, effective, I always think of that which is done for a specific purpose (whether good or bad) and produces the expected results in the spiritual, material,physical and mental realms. When this is applied to leadership tips with Biblical roots it seems to imply that the results would be on the positive rather than negative levels. That, I am sad to say is not alway...
