I've been writing prose for ten years, but only recently have I branched out into essays. Helium intrigues me and keeps me coming back, and they always have something interesting to write about. I am a stay at home mom, and I'm always worried that my brain will turn to mush. But thanks to Helium, I always have something new to think about and research!

Here is a basic recipe: Sugar cookies 3 cups all-purpose flour 3/4ths teaspoon baking powder 1/4th teaspoon salt 1 cup butter, softened 1 cup sugar 1 egg, beaten 1 tablespoon milk Powdered sugar Directions: In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
