: About Me

I am a stay at home mama to my six month old daughter and loving every minute of it! Once in a while I miss the corporate world but I get over it pretty quickly- being a mom is much funnier than any other job I've ever had and I do love to laugh. My husband, daughter, dog (a Sheltie), and I are moving back to Michigan after being in Florida the past two years. We are fired up to be near our families again. I'm not sure they'd say the same but we're excited anyway. :)

There are a few Bible verses (or pieces of verses) on which I rely daily. I like to call them my back pocket verses because they're in my mental back pocket for quick and easy accessibility. Matthew 25:40 "Whatever you do to the least of my brethren you do to me". I find this verse popping into my head at the most unexpected times; for instance, when I neglect to engage an "outsider" in conversation, or feel disgust creeping up when faced with a person less clean.
