Hi. My name is Brad Hoback. I am a freelance writer, yoga instructor and blogger from Fort Collins, Colorado. Currently I am working on www.RootLock.com where I hope to integrate my education (Graduate and Undergraduate degrees w/ focus on language, criticism, philosophy and religion), my love for yoga (Yoga Alliance certified instructor) and my life experience at the mercy of the mental heath care system. My hope for RootLock.com is to create content addressing thoughtful awareness and self-reflection on physical, mental and spiritual health.
