Who has the toughest conference in NCAA football? At this point in the 2007-2008 season, it has been narrowed down to two conference. The battle is between the Pac-10 and the SEC. Both conference offer strong teams, but also have teams that are sort of laggin this season. Look at the Pac-10, top teams like Arizona State, Cal, Oregon, USC, and one could even throw in UCLA at times and Washington. These teams are strong, highly prestigious, and show it on the field.
