Since the Iraq war started it has become clear that the primary reason given for the invasion, the presence of weapons of mass destruction, was false (whether deliberately or not). Therefore, when we look at how and why the war started we have to put the responsibility on the US-UK alliance. This responsibility does not go away just because governments change.To put this in context, let me just say that I did support the war.
