I live my life as a single 59-year old woman in the beautiful state of Oregon. My career is that of a contract specialist during the day, and on the evenings and weekends I devote to my writing.
I currently have a fairly popular blog entitled Lessons from the Phantom of the Opera that is being read worldwide. It deals with the symbolism in the story, but rather than dissecting it from a literary perspective, I take it down to earth so individuals can relate. My greatest satisfaction is receiving emails worldwide from individuals who tell me how one of my posts moved their heart or brought them to tears My greatest belief is that everyone desires to be loved for who they truly are. As Leroux wrote, "All I ever wanted was to be loved for myself." It's the cry of mankind, and no doubt why 100,000,000 individuals have flocked to see the Phantom. You can visit my blog at:
My blog has now been published in book form after fans begging me to put it in writing. It's available for purchase on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other retailers. ISBN#978-1-4415-2374-7
In addition, I am writing my first fiction work entitled, The Price Of Innocence, about a 19th century prostitute. For a hobby, I roleplay on MySpace a variety of fictional and historical characters to keep my quill in tune.
