Retirement is truly the golden years- for me anyway.
Looking back at my life, I have many reasons to be grateful for. In my retirement, I am lucky to have the chance to apply the skills I learned over the years of a fufilling career.
Things I do at retirement:
Writing, I have a website, I learned the html lingo, thanks to the internet and I feel proud that I can manage my own website. I contribute articles to a few ezines with good feedback.
Gardening is a rewarding hobby that I can now pursue with gusto. I write about gardening as well, there is so much to learn and knowledge to share .
Cooking is another passion of mine. I cherish the time I share with family and friends over home-cooked meals and the ocassional bbque.
The world of the paranormal has always a curiosity of mine.
Health and fitness are also a very important aspect of my life. I believe that health is wealth.

Amid the clutter in our minds and demands on our time, it is important to learn how to have peace in our lives. It starts with an attitude of gratitude.
