I have always been told that I should write a book, because my words had meaning and that it could quite possibly help somebody out there. And then I came across this wonderful website, and viewed it as a great starting point to just be a voice to the thoughts that linger around in my mind.

A friend of mine said it best in a song, "The more we live, the more we learn". And I definitely have learned and experienced a lot, so much that it needs to be shared.

How long do we continue to stay with the person we're with, even though deep down inside we know we don't truly love them? I was going to add the word anymore' at the end of that question, but in some cases we never did love the person at any point of the relationship. Everybody that has been in a lengthy relationship can relate to that feeling where we just know that we're done, and the more time that has been invested into the union, the harder it becomes to just walk away and move on.

Do we owe it to our partner, to at least try and sacrifice our happiness to just living a content...
