: About Me

I am a former insurance sales representative from the Caribbean. Even though I worked as an insurance sales representative, my interest is in Social Sciences. However, being involved with the insurance industry has exposed me to many new experiences, including Helium.

My journey with Helium started in November 2007. I had just started publishing articles online and decided to assess other options. At that time, my only hope was to find more interesting places to publish online. Helium turned out to be more than I bargained for. Since then, I've placed in seven of Helium's Writing Contests and sold more than 35 articles to publishers.

Although I possess a BSc. Information Systems and Management degree, my core competence at Helium is in the Personal Finance; Relationships and Family; and Sports and Recreation channels.

Previously, my passion was Latin dancing, but now it is undoubtedly soccer (association football). I joined the Trinidad and Tobago Football Referees Association in 2008, and officiated in over 100 games since. I hope to share some of the insights gained in this sphere on Helium as well.
