I am in the helping profession. I have learned that in order to help others, you need to take an inventory of who you are as a person. Each day we learn something.
I worked from an early age. Some of my jobs included picking pineapple, planting pineapple, custodian for a university, and bus boy at a Chinese restaurant. I respect those immigrants that work hard for a living. After all, our grandparents and parents were those people. If not for them, we would be living the lifestyle we live today.
Be humble. Do not disrespect anyone. We all can be homeless if not for the Grace of God.
Help others. Love life. Appreciate your loved ones everyday.
