I am minister, and a writer who loves to share the knowledge I have attained over the years. Originally from New Orleans now I live in Gonzales Louisiana. I came to Helium in November of last year. The move here has afforded me the opportunity to meet new and interesting people who share my passion of writing.

In the past I have been strong in my stance on certain issues. However, my position as a minister has taught me that humility, and being a good listener is the way to learn. Writing articles for Helium has allowed me to grow not only as a writer, but a person.

As a former addict who suffered 30 years of substance abuse I feel I am somewhat of an expert in the field of addictions. Pretty much every substance abuser will tell you that the first step is admitting you have a problem; but that is the easiest part to the problem.
