As a person who has had the opportunities to explore many different fields of employment it has been important to me to excel in those areas, and to share the experiences through writing.
Beyond the general company procedure and policy manuals, I have written articles for magazines such as Australian Mountain Bike, Bicycling Australia and Australian Cyclist. Several covering a woman's perspective on a mainly male pursuit.
Through a letter to the editor I was also requested to write articles for the American Bass Guitar magazine until it ceased to operate this year.
It is not unusual for my personal pursuits to mix with my business ideals. Thus I have the capacity to incorporate a multitude of facets into my writing.

Retail, retail retail. A land of abusive customers and ignorant service staff. Isn't it strange how we all detest poor service yet reflecting upon ourselves do we actually offer good service? Retail contains a mind field of issues that at times makes it hard for one to maintain a serene expression. There are known factors for both sides; a warm greeting, an acknowledged interest in what the customer is saying, a fast efficient transaction, a simple smile.
