: About Me

My name is Gina Holland. I am 45 years old. I am a single mom of three beautiful daughters. Ever since I was a young girl, I always loved to write. I never really had enough self confidence to try and publish anything that I wrote. When I was in my 30's, I wrote some poems and put them on those Poem websites, and of course they were published, but they always wanted you to buy a book or something. Or I couldn't afford to pay for the trip to be in front of thousands of poets. As of now, I read books and then write the reviews on them. I have allot of fun doing that! I don't really get paid for it but its practice and something that I love doing is reading. So that about sums up me.

I have been loving cats since I was in my early 20's. My story is one of a crazy thing that happens. When I was a very young girl, I was terribly allergic to cats! I could not even live next door to a person who owned cats. My Mom says that I would get a very high fever and become very ill. So as I grew up, I was never allowed to be around them or to even appreciate them. But in my heart, I always knew that I would love those furry little puff balls.
