About me

Here's my story! I'za gonna die! No, no, no! It's a FUNNY if you have any humor at all! READ ALL of it! First there are some things you must do. Find all of the items listed below:

1) A defibrillator which is an electrical device for overcoming the effects of fibrillation of the muscle fibers of the heart: is used to shock the heart back into action. Aww hell, it's a heart jump starter.

2) A White Castle Cheese Burger which is about to disappear into my mouth.

3) A bag of IV fluids. WHAT! Can't find it. I'll give you a hint as to where it is hiding. It's under the White Castle merchandise bag, hanging upside down. LeRoy couldn't get it on in the other direction. FUNNY! FUNNY! Huh! Yea, cute. NOT! I'M DYING HERE!

4) A date on the left bottom corner of the picture. I'll tell you where this one is 'CAUSE IT'S THE DAY I'ZA GONNA DIE. Fooled you. I'm still alive.

5) A White Castle Box, in which the Cheese Burger I'm eating came out of, carefully arranged to expose the "WHITE CASTLE" logo.

White Castle's logo is "She's one of ours!" Watch much T.V. It's on there. When you buy something from there, on the cups it says, "Call us if you have a story." I have a story. Called them. Told them my story. They refused my story. Whimper, whimper, cry, cry, snot, snot, tissue, tissue, I have issues.

THIS IS MY STORY AND I WANT TO BE HEARD! I'M ALIVE!

My name is Arena Diane Brown McCabe. I was born in Kentucky some 30 years ago. I think, but not too much 'cause I have a brain tumor. On this evening, June 30, 2002, I was incarcerated in this hospital for having a mini-stroke. Later, that night, maybe the next morning, I don't know. The PEOPLE put me in this contraption that made me feel like I was in a coffin. Anyway, it was an MRI thingy. I was told that I had another stroke and a seizure. I knew nothing of it. The PEOPLE took an MRI scan of my brain. Yea, jokes were made. None funny! I say! "My name is Arena which means my brain is a big empty space that every once in a while something BIG happens inside my brain and it leaves a big mess for someone else to clean up." The ones making the jokes weren't in this contraption. The PEOPLE found that my brain was bleeding. Imagine that. A few seizures later and I found myself with a feeding tube. The PEOPLE had put me on a morphine drip through all this, so some things are a little foggy.

COMMERCIAL BREAK: My doctor through all of this was fresh out of college, but had been working at the MAYO clinic before he met me, which was maybe 8 months to a year before I went into the ER this June 30, 2002. He's younger than I am. Dr. Greg Baker with wife Dr. Paula Baker. Greg's Dad is Dr. Carl Baker. Daddy is PROUD. Carl should be. And yes after the hell I've been through, I am on a first name basis with these fine DOCTORS! They have a FAMILY PRACTICE here in Missouri near St. Louis. Look them up. They're in the directory. EXCELLENT DOCTORS!

BACK TO MY STORY!

I'll be your first head case. You can save my life DOC intern. I bet Greg was scared through all this. Seriously! He saved my life along with GOD. GOD being FIRST. I was going to DIE. SCARY! Should have been. I was at some points through all of this. I won't lie. There were times that I thought that I wasn't going to get out of the hospital ever. Especially, after being transfer out of the first hospital into two others. And the PEOPLE kept telling me that I could go home on this DATE that the PEOPLE set for me when I asked them, "When can I go home? I want to go home with LeRoy." LeRoy was and still IS my husband through all of this mess. Yes, MESS!

My CHURCH FAMILY prayed and prayed. It didn't look good, until one day the elders, and PASTOR JIM and others came into the ICU to anoint me. No one except immediate family is allowed in ICU. The PASTOR and elders started coming in and one of the nurses asked who they were. My SOUTHERN BAPTIST CHURCH FAMILY was quiet except the eldest, Mrs. Betty Moorman and she said without a blink, "We are all her brothers and sisters." The nurse let them all in. There were about ten or so of them. I was glad to see them that day. I wanted to go home as usual, like every other day. I made sure the nurses knew it too.

A PROPHETESS SPIRIT Written in a journal for her husband, This was found opened, sitting on a desk. Top of the page said “LAST” “I’m so tired of living With all of your deception and lies. I’m so tired of waiting For my prayers to be answered.” Bottom of the page said “WORDS!” Her husband walks in and sees That she is writing with a pen Pointed at her page, in her right hand. Her husband walks in and sees That she is leaning with a gun Pointed at her head, in her left hand. Do you believe in GOD? Say yes, or I will pull the trigger. Knowing w...
