And all along Terry's rollerskates
Were torn from him
One by one until
Finally, after many days
Of tearing he was down
To his final pair, a pair
He placed upon his feet
And they sent him whizzing
Like the geek squad through the streets

And the streets yawned as they awoke
And all the remaining buildings slipped unnoticed
Into their giant maw. Swallowed down
To the chorus
Of ten thousand shattered windows
And a great plague of the living
Dead was finally unshackled.

And then, as the clouds parted and
The sun broke through
And the first bits of clean
Water began to fall from the sky...
