I have always believed that the portals through which we can access the world around us are well worth exploring. One such portal for me is through writing and interpreting my life experiences through words and expression. I am an outdoor enthusiast, an activist, a former student, and a bit of a drifter, but I find my rooting in the things I love most and in my writing. While I find myself at a point in my life with little stability, I have learned that home really is where the heart is- and the struggle to come to terms with this predicament is something I find myself writing about the most. I hope to make a career of it someday, but for now am content to write 'on the side' as they say, and love it for the friend it has been regardless of any money it may bring my way.
My passion is ...
new and challenging experiences
I know too much about ...
change and transition
Why I write ...
to make sense of the world around me and express it in a real way to those who stumble across my words
