Hi my name is Dale Brooks and I run my own coaching and mentoring business called 'more2me'- www.more2me.co.uk or email: info@more2me.co.uk
I am a former professional football player and UEFA-A-coach having played and Coached for Ipswich Town FC, Norwich City FC and Cambridge United FC.
I am a MASC Life Coach, Stress Consultant and a Licenced NLP Practitioner trained by the man himself Dr Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna and Michael Neil.
My company provides a variety of coaching and development oportunities for individuals, teams and organisations. At 'more2me' we believe that regardless of which domain you operate in - sport, business, education or personal development the factors that guarantee success are the same. Producing a performance under pressure is key to sustained success. Those individuals and teams that understand and manage performance anxiety will not only survive competitive environments but will be the ones that go on to succeed.
There are many people who are unable to summon up the 'will' and create a 'way' of pursuing the change they desire.
The secret is to first find a 'Way' to produce the 'Will', which in turn creates the drive and tenacity necessary to achieve all your dreams and aspirations...sometimes though you may need a little help from a friend!
My philosophy is that the only person preventing you from the change you desire is...you!
My ambition is to help as many people find the answer to one simple question:"Is there more to my life than I am currently experiencing"? The answer to that is...YES!
