Mother to Morgan, partner to Steven, volunteer, poet, danceophile, a warrior,a pessimistic optimist masquerading as a realist. I am able to see both sides of the argument but am often emotionally drawn to one side over the other.

Have a picnic at local parks or even in your own yard or your living room. Take a bus ride go swimming at a local lake, butterfly or bug hunt in the park or your backyard. Make a scavenger hunt out of doing the grocery shopping. Have a silly walk day and walk silly all day. Use everyday household items for crafts, food colouring flour and water make a light paste for painting on tin foil, or paint with toothpaste or pudding.
