Mother to Morgan, partner to Steven, volunteer, poet, danceophile, a warrior,a pessimistic optimist masquerading as a realist. I am able to see both sides of the argument but am often emotionally drawn to one side over the other.

Words, music and dance these are my internal passions. Laughing with my friends, loving my family and learning how to live life well is how I would prefer to spend my time.

Have a picnic at local parks or even in your own yard or your living room. Take a bus ride go swimming at a local lake, butterfly or bug hunt in the park or your backyard. Make a scavenger hunt out of doing the grocery shopping. Have a silly walk day and walk silly all day. Use everyday household items for crafts, food colouring flour and water make a light paste for painting on tin foil, or paint with toothpaste or pudding. Food colouring and salt become coloured sand and once dry can be spread over a piece of construction paper decorated with glue, the glue will define the design and the...
