Judith’s writing career began at age nine when she wrote and won first prize with a poem for the Ontario Horticultural Society. In her eighteenth year, her English teacher enrolled her into a stream of consciousness workshop where she excelled.
Two years later Judith enrolled herself into a creative writing workshop at a local community college. In her mid-20’s Judith enrolled in the Institute of Children’s Literature where she worked one-on-one with an editor and learned to develop fictional characters for children’s books. She returned to her passion for poetry in her late 20’s and was published in various anthologies throughout North America.
Shortly thereafter Judith began a career as a corporate secretary and marketing/public relation support and wrote various advertising blubs and product logos and became a translator of technical jargon for Canada’s number one home security industry. In her early 30’s, Judith graduated from the Durham College Public Relations program and fundraised for various non-profit organizations, wrote and delivered speeches to various women organizations and local high schools on issues of domestic violence, teen dating & rape, wrote website content for a Toronto business college, ads for the local Chamber of Commerce business paper, press releases, and various articles including feature articles for the college alumni magazine.
Over the past 12 years Judith has written various online articles for Helium, The Human Times and other websites that no longer exist.
Presently Judith is a success coach and health & fitness trainer for Intuitive & Practical Solutions, and author of a series of memoirs including Majestic Power, which will be published and released Summer 2012.
