About me

When I joined Helium in November 2006, I had no idea the world it would open up to me. When I was in high school and college I always enjoyed writing assignments. In high school I entered a local essay contest hosted by the Kiwanas, and won. Still, I never considered writing as a career.

From high school to now has been a long time. To be exact, it has been 40 years. After writing a few articles on Helium, and getting a high rating, then selling a few Marketplace articles, my confidence started to grow

Soon I started writing a blog on one of my favorite subjects, which is real estate investing. Then, I was approached by a webmaster to write a blog for a website he developed. At this time, I am ghost writing three blog sites for him, the total of 45 articles a month. I have also developed a blog and website on a favorite cause of mine. Which is involving teens in mission work.

I am a very active person, and don't always have the time to dedicate to writing that I would like. I now consider writing as an avenue to earn a little money by freelancing, that I can continue well into my "golden years".
