Men have no freakin idea. I mean I really, really don't like to widen the gulf between the sexes any more than it already is, but who are we kidding, anyway? Do we get equal pay? Do men hit the glass ceiling? Do we scratch whatever happens to itch, the moment it itches, regardless of where we are? Do they toss and turn at night, recalling all the things they didn't get to that day and/or have to tackle the next day and/or upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, major holidays, etc? Puh-leeze. So perhaps my tolerance-meter is just a HAIR shorter for the man of the house than, say, everyone else....
